Position: Senior Full Stack Developer

Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work from Office (2–3 days per week)

Experience: 3+years of strong hands-on experience in Ruby on Rails & React

Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science or equivalent experience.

Mandatory Technical Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with Ruby on Rails & React
• Strong understanding of Rails Framework, MVC Architecture & Ruby ecosystem
• Experience with Ruby Gems, Bundler & dependency management
• Hands-on experience with RSpec/Minitest and TDD
• Strong Git/GitHub experience
• Experience with Jenkins, GitHub Actions, Docker & CI/CD
• Robust knowledge of AWS services and security – IAM, Security Groups, KMS, Secrets Manager
• Strong SQL skills – MySQL/PostgreSQL
• Experience with REST APIs, Batch/Data products and automation
• Experience with MongoDB/Redis is preferred
• Ability to lead technical teams and mentor engineers

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, implement, and test scalable API, Batch, and Data solutions.
• Build new products, automation tools, and developer tooling.
• Follow TDD, CI/CD and high-quality software development practices.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum teams, code reviews, and collaborative development.
• Work with Ruby, Rails, React, and cloud technologies to deliver production-ready solutions.
• Lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹1,600,000.00 per year
