Sr. Export Customer Service- Sea

Job Summary

• Co-ordination, Customer service (SEA).
• Converting DDU & DDP shipment and close co-ordination with overseas agent & customer.
• Negotiation freight for LCL & FCL with shipping line & co-loaders.* Handling EXWORKS, FOB, CIF and C&F shipment.
• Co-ordination with Transporter for Delivery of Shipments & Planning for Delivery.
• Co-Ordination with custom clearance dept for getting status and to avail required Documents.
• Preparing Daily Status Report of Export Shipment.
• Solving problems arising in activities related lHandling import documents.* Tracking onwater containers.
• Handling Export EXWORKS, FOB, CIF and C&F shipment.
• Follow up with Shipping line and CHA.
• Co-ordination with Shipper for order confirmation.
• Handling Export

Qualifications and Skills

Any Graduate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹600,000.00 per year
