Technical Scope and Responsibilities

• Develop a coded, trade-wise BOQ aligned with project WBS, drawings, and tender packages.
• Prepare detailed quantity take-offs for civil, structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Prepare item descriptions and technical specifications in line with relevant CPWD, IS codes, and Kerala PWD/PRICE standards.
• Coordinate MEP and specialist BOQs, including lifts, STP, swimming pools, and fire safety.
• Conduct unit-rate analysis and prepare detailed project estimates, cost plans, and budgets based on current market rates.
• Manage drawing discrepancies, RFIs, quantity revisions, and design-related cost changes.
• Prepare tender documents, bid comparisons, commercial evaluations, and procurement recommendations.
• Verify site measurements, interim bills, variations, and final quantities in coordination with site teams.
• Support value engineering, cost control, risk reviews, and monthly cost reporting.
