We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Digital Marketing Manager with expertise in AI-powered marketing technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and optimizing digital marketing strategies using Artificial Intelligence tools and platforms to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, customer engagement, and business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Planning

• Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Leverage AI-driven tools to improve campaign performance, customer targeting, and marketing automation.
• Identify emerging digital marketing trends and AI technologies to maintain a competitive advantage.

Campaign Management

• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including:
• Google Ads
• Social Media Platforms
• Email Marketing
• SEO & SEM
• Content Marketing
• Display Advertising
• Optimize campaigns using AI-powered analytics and predictive modeling.

AI & Marketing Technology Integration

• Implement and manage AI-based marketing platforms for:
• Marketing Automation
• Lead Scoring
• Customer Segmentation
• Personalization
• Chatbots and Conversational Marketing

Utilize AI tools for content creation, campaign optimization, audience analysis, and performance forecasting.

Analytics & Reporting

• Monitor key marketing metrics and KPIs.
• Generate detailed reports and actionable insights using analytics platforms.
• Analyze customer behavior and market trends to improve marketing effectiveness.

Team Leadership

• Lead and mentor the digital marketing team.
• Coordinate with Sales, Product Development, HR, and Management teams.
• Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

Brand Development

• Strengthen brand awareness and online reputation.
• Develop innovative campaigns to increase customer acquisition and retention.
• Ensure consistent brand messaging across all digital channels.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• MBA in Marketing is preferred.
• 7–10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience in implementing AI-driven marketing solutions.
