Sr Digital Marketing & Content Creator (Video + Graphics + Social Media) ONSITE -INDIA

ROLE DESCRIPTION

We are hiring a hands-on Digital Marketing professional (2+ years experience) who can

create content, edit videos, design creatives, and manage social media growth end-to-end. This is an execution-focused role — not strategy-only.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and grow social media accounts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, X)
• Create and edit short-form videos (Reels, Shorts, TikTok-style)
• Design social media creatives, banners, thumbnails
• Write captions, hooks, and marketing copy
• Plan and execute weekly content calendar (minimum 4–5 posts/week)
• Run and optimize paid ads (Meta / LinkedIn)
• Track performance and improve engagement, reach, and leads
• Stay updated with trends and implement viral content ideas
• Strong video editing skills (Reels/Shorts) using tools like CapCut or Adobe Premiere Pro
• Graphic design using Canva or Adobe Photoshop
• Social media management (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube)
• Basic paid ads experience (Meta Ads / LinkedIn Ads)
• Content writing & storytelling skills
• Ability to work independently and deliver consistently

MUST HAVE

• Minimum 2+ years experience in Digital Marketing / Content Creation
• Portfolio with videos + creatives (mandatory)
• Experience handling brand or business accounts
• Strong understanding of engagement & growth tactics
• Content output consistency
• Engagement rate (likes, shares, comments)
• Follower growth
• Leads generated from campaigns
• Video views & reach
