MICE Emporio India LLP is looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Senior Executive – Accounts & Compliance to join our growing team.

We are particularly looking for candidates based in Dwarka, Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Palam, Najafgarh, Vikaspuri, Dabri and nearby areas of West Delhi who can conveniently commute to our office in Dwarka.

Key Responsibilities

🔹 Day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping using Tally Prime

🔹 GST compliance, GSTR-1, GSTR-3B and ITC reconciliation

🔹 Monthly TDS and TCS compliance

🔹 Vendor payments, ledger reconciliation and payment scheduling

🔹 Client outstanding follow-ups and receivables management

🔹 Cash flow projections, MIS reporting and financial planning

🔹 Corporate client vendor registration and onboarding

🔹 Multi-state accounting and GST coordination

Candidate Requirements

✅ B.Com or equivalent qualification; M.Com preferred

✅ 4–7 years of relevant experience

✅ Strong working knowledge of Tally Prime, GST, TDS and TCS

✅ Good command of MS Excel and financial reporting

✅ Strong coordination, communication and follow-up skills

✅ Ability to independently manage accounting and statutory deadlines

Preferred Industry Experience: Corporate Travel, Hospitality, MICE, Event Management or other service-oriented industries.
