Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Senior Accountant to manage accounting operations, review financial records, ensure statutory compliance, and coordinate with auditors and management.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and review day-to-day accounting transactions, ledgers, and books of accounts.
• Ensure accurate and timely GST and TDS filings and other applicable statutory compliances.
• Manage bank reconciliation, vendor reconciliation, and customer accounts.
• Monitor accounts payable, accounts receivable, payments, and collections.
• Review monthly expenses, financial statements, and accounting reports.
• Handle payroll-related accounting and coordinate for PF, ESIC, and Professional Tax accounting, wherever applicable.
• Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and internal departments.
• Assist in monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing activities.
• Maintain financial documentation and support internal and statutory audits.
• Identify accounting discrepancies and ensure accuracy of financial records.

Requirements

• B.Com, M.Com, or relevant qualification in Accounting or Finance.
• 4–7 years of relevant accounting experience.
• Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, bank reconciliation, and statutory compliance.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software such as Tally or ERP.
• Experience in independently handling accounting operations.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
