Handles 3 firms and Partner accounts

• Bookkeeping & Maintenance of Accounts

Maintain books of accounts (Journal, Ledger, Cash Book, Bank Book). Ensure entries are supported by vouchers/invoices and are posted correctly. Maintain subsidiary records: debtors, creditors, expenses, fixed assets (as applicable).

• Monthly & Periodic Work

Prepare monthly/quarterly trial balance and MIS summaries for partners. Perform bank reconciliation and accounts reconciliation regularly. Track receipts/payments and ensure proper classification (capital vs revenue). Raise Invoice for rental properties both in individual and firm Prepare CMA reports for banking institutions for annual renewals.

• Partnership Accounting

Maintain partner-wise records

Capital accounts, Current accounts

Drawings

Interest on capital / interest on drawings (as per Partnership Deed)

Prepare Profit & Loss Appropriation / partnership profit distribution workings.

Assist in finalization of firm final accounts (P&L and Balance Sheet) as per deadlines.

• Tax & Statutory Compliance

Support/prepare and file

GST returns (monthly/quarterly as applicable), GST reconciliation.

TDS/TCS compliance and returns (if the firm deducts/collects).

Income tax computation support for the firm and partner-wise reporting (as required).

Maintain tax working papers and ensure correctness of tax treatment.

• Audit & Documentation

Maintain documents for audit and assessments: ledgers, vouchers, bank statements, GST/TDS records.

Coordinate with CA/auditor and provide clarifications with supporting evidence
