Role: Sr Account Officer (US Property Account OR HOA Account)

• Candidate should have end to end accounting knowledge.
• Experience of US GAAP is mandatory.
• Candidate should be either immediate joiner or max. 10-12 days will be considered.
• Candidates from Property Accounting is mandatory.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
• 5 to 10 years of experience in General Accounting, Financial Reporting, Month-End Close, or HOA/Property Management Accounting.
• Strong knowledge of General Ledger accounting, bank reconciliations, accrual accounting, financial statement preparation, and account analysis.
• Experience with accounting software, ERP systems, and financial reporting tools.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience working with Homeowners Associations (HOA) or Property Management accounting is preferred.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles (GAAP) and financial controls.
• Ability to maintain confidential financial information with a high level of integrity and professionalism.
