  • Testing/analysis skills for the release development tasks and release acceptance testing tasks.
  • Ability to produce business analysis deliverables: business process and workflow diagrams, system requirements, design specifications, and training and testing materials to facilitate implementation activities.
  • Ability to complete work without direct supervision.
  • Proficient in soft skills with an emphasis on customer relations, time management, critical thinking and organizational skills.
  • Intermediate level skills in SharePoint, and MS Office.
