We are seeking a skilled Springboot Backend Developer to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java and Spring Boot, with experience in designing and developing scalable backend applications. This role involves working with microservices architectures and building robust APIs.

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain scalable backend applications using Java and Spring Boot.

Develop reusable, maintainable, and high-quality code following industry best practices.

Design and implement Microservices-based architectures.

Build and enhance RESTful APIs for internal and external consumers.

Develop secure and robust integrations with third-party systems and enterprise platforms.

Participate in solution design discussions and architecture reviews.

Recommend appropriate design patterns and technical solutions.

Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior developers.

Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards.

Design and optimize relational database schemas.

Write efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, and performance-tuned data access layers.

Troubleshoot application bottlenecks and optimize system performance.

Implement caching strategies for high-volume applications.

Support CI/CD pipeline implementation and improvements.

Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployment automation.

Participate in release planning and production deployments.

Ensure observability through logging, monitoring, and alerting mechanisms.

Requirements

Degree in a relevant field.

Strong experience in Java 8/11/17.

Proficiency in Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data JPA, Hibernate, and Spring Security.

Experience with Dependency Injection & IOC, RESTful Services, and API Security (OAuth2, JWT).

Familiarity with Swagger / OpenAPI Documentation, API Versioning and Governance, and Microservices Architecture.

5 years of relevant experience.
