Job Title: Senior Java Full-Stack Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Java Full-Stack Developer to join engineering team and contribute to the development and support of enterprise-grade applications, services, and integration components.

In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to design and deliver new capabilities, enhance existing services, troubleshoot technical issues, and ensure reliable integration between business applications.

The ideal candidate will have 8+ years of hands-on Java full-stack development experience, strong knowledge of microservices and messaging technologies, and experience working with modern frontend, containerization, and orchestration platforms.

This position requires strong technical ownership, problem-solving ability, effective communication, and the ability to understand complex integration scenarios and translate them into scalable and maintainable solutions.

Required Skills & Experience

Candidates should have

• 8+ years of Java full-stack development experience
• Strong hands-on experience with Java
• JMS
• Hibernate
• RESTful APIs
• SQL and NoSQL databases
• ReactJS / SPA
• Microservices architecture
• Containerization using Docker
• Kubernetes or OpenShift
• Multithreading, JUnit test, Swagger (and swagger code-generate)
• Git
• Software development principles and code-quality assurance
• Technical/development documentation
• Experience working within SAFe Agile
• Application observability, logging, and monitoring

Messaging Experience

Hands-on experience with at least one of the following is required

• IBM MQ
• Azure Service Bus
• RabbitMQ
• ActiveMQ
• Apache Kafka

Good-to-Have Skills

Experience in one or more of the following will be an advantage

• Spring Framework / Spring Boot
• JPA and Java database integration
• Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• GraphQL
• CI/CD pipelines
• Application and API security
• SQL data modelling
• Stored procedure development
• Integration with Azure services such as:
• Event Hubs
• Blob Storage
• Other Azure components within a microservices architecture
