Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of 3–4 clients and support audit and internal control activities.
• Perform risk assessments, audit scoping, walkthroughs, and process documentation.
• Execute Test of Design (TOD) and Test of Operating Effectiveness (TOE) for process controls.
• Prepare Risk & Control Matrices (RCMs), process flowcharts, SOPs, and audit documentation.
• Ensure control testing aligns with established procedures and control descriptions.
• Coordinate with clients and onshore teams and participate in regular status calls.
• Track project deliverables, timelines, budgets, utilization, and status reports.
• Identify potential delays or risks and escalate issues proactively.
• Support junior team members and assist with project onboarding.
• Follow audit methodologies, risk management policies, and compliance standards.

Mandatory Skills

• Experience in BP Controls, SOX Audit, Internal Audit, or Internal Controls.
• Strong understanding of accounting and financial processes, risk assessment, and control frameworks.
• Hands-on experience in control testing, including TOD and TOE.
• Team management experience is preferred for senior positions.
• Global client exposure and project management experience are added advantages.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BBM, BBA, B.Com, or an equivalent discipline.
• MBA / M.Com preferred.
