DEERPATCH is an emerging value-fashion retail brand offering trendy and affordable apparel for men, women, and kids. We are building a nationwide fashion retail chain with products priced between ₹99 and ₹999.

Job Responsibilities

• Source finished garments across Menswear, Womenswear, and Kidswear categories.
• Develop and manage relationships with garment manufacturers, job workers, and apparel vendors across India.
• Identify new sourcing partners capable of delivering quality products at competitive prices.
• Negotiate product costing, payment terms, production timelines, and order quantities.
• Work closely with the Design, Merchandising, and Buying teams to develop seasonal collections.
• Conduct factory visits and vendor audits to ensure quality, compliance, and production capabilities.
• Monitor production status and ensure timely deliveries.
• Analyze market trends, competitor products, and sourcing opportunities.
• Ensure products meet DEERPATCH quality standards and target margins.
• Maintain a strong vendor database and continuously expand the sourcing network.

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in garment sourcing or buying.
• Strong network of garment manufacturers in Menswear, Womenswear, and Kidswear categories.
• Excellent knowledge of garment costing, fabrics, trims, and manufacturing processes.
• Proven negotiation and vendor management skills.
• Experience working with fashion brands, retailers, buying houses, or sourcing companies.
• Ability to travel extensively for vendor development and factory visits.

Preferred Candidate

• Existing relationships with manufacturers in major apparel hubs such as Kolkata, Delhi NCR, Jaipur, Ludhiana, Tiruppur, Bengaluru, Surat, and Mumbai.
• Experience sourcing fashion products for value-retail or mass-market brands.
• Strong commercial acumen with a focus on quality, pricing, and speed-to-market.
