Sourcing Manager for Real Estate

Roles & Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with Channel Partners (CPs)
• Onboard new CPs and expand the existing CP network
• Actively engage with CP groups, associations, and professional networks
• Regularly connect and coordinate with CPs to generate qualified leads
• Share project details, pricing, and updates with CPs
• Track CP performance and sourcing leads through MIS/CRM
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams for smooth lead conversion
• Participate in CP meetings, events, and networking activities

Requirements

Skills

• 1–3 years of experience in real estate sourcing, CP management, or sales
• coordination
• Strong communication and relationship-management skills
• Good understanding of CP-driven sales processes
• Ability to network and build long-term professional relationships
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic reporting
