Sourcing Engineer

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Engineer to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electronic component sourcing and will be responsible for managing the entire sourcing process, from component selection to supplier management. This role requires a keen understanding of bill of materials (BOM) management and the ability to optimize costs while ensuring quality and compliance with specifications.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough sourcing of electronic components, ensuring alignment with project requirements and specifications.
• Manage BOM effectively, ensuring accuracy and completeness in documentation.
• Identify and qualify alternate sourcing options to mitigate risks and ensure supply chain continuity.
• Collaborate with suppliers and distributors to negotiate terms and ensure timely delivery of components.
• Implement cost optimization strategies to enhance profitability without compromising quality.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends and emerging technologies in electronic components.
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to ensure seamless integration of sourced components into projects.
