Job Description

  • Providing Support
  • Provide post-sales support, including troubleshooting technical issues, coordinating with engineering teams for resolution, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Act as a technical advisor and subject matter expert, providing pre-sales support and technical guidance to prospects and customers.
  • Understanding and Solving Customer Problems
  • Building proof of concept apps
  • Custom solution designs
  • Help troubleshoot issues that arise during the customer’s lifecycle
  • Provide technical assistance

Job Responsibilities

  • Technical Expertise and Communication:
  • Possess a deep understanding of the SaaS product and its technical capabilities.
  • Communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical customers.
  • Offer solutions that meet customer needs based on understanding requirements.
  • Providing Product Feedback and Identifying qualitative opportunities
  • Recognizing potential areas for improvement and advocating for customer-driven changes that align with the company's overall product strategy and roadmap.
  • Identifying recurring themes or pain points raised by customers and compiling them into actionable feedback.
  • Engaging in proactive discussions with customers to understand their evolving needs and challenges.
  • Remote working: Appsmith is a fully distributed and remote team.
