Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Solution Architect to support enterprise business growth through customer-focused, cost-effective and technically sound telecom and IT solutions. The role involves understanding customer requirements, designing best-fit solutions, driving solution innovation, supporting sales teams and coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Solution Design & Architecture

•

Understand customer business requirements and design appropriate enterprise telecom, networking and IT solutions.

•

Develop competitive, scalable and cost-effective solutions aligned with customer needs, industry standards and regulatory requirements.

•

Identify opportunities for solution bundling, innovation and multiproduct offerings.

•

Define solution scope, service deliverables and implementation requirements.

•

Evaluate competing products and technologies to recommend suitable solutions.

Pre-Sales & Business Development Support

•

Work closely with sales teams to develop solution proposals and support enterprise customer acquisition.

•

Present technical solutions to customers and influence solution selection and buying decisions.

•

Support business teams in increasing market share, revenue and customer wallet share.

•

Identify opportunities for cross-selling, upselling and bundling multiple enterprise services.

•

Support achievement of service sales targets and assigned financial objectives.

Implementation & Stakeholder Management

•

Coordinate with technology, product, sales, marketing, business development and customer service teams for solution delivery.

•

Define service delivery processes and facilitate timely implementation of ordered services.

•

Ensure alignment between customer requirements, solution design and operational capabilities.

•

Work with internal teams to resolve technical and implementation challenges.

Market Intelligence & Innovation

•

Monitor telecom, networking, cloud and enterprise IT market trends.

•

Analyze competitor solutions, pricing models and emerging technologies.

•

Provide market insights and recommendations to product and technology teams for new product development.

•

Identify innovative solutions for target customer segments.

Technical Enablement

•

Train customer-facing teams on complex Level 2 and Level 3 enterprise solutions.

•

Support sales and technical teams in understanding solution architecture, product capabilities and service delivery requirements.

•

Promote technical knowledge sharing and solution standardization.

Mandatory Skills

•

Enterprise telecom solution architecture and solution engineering.

•

Technical pre-sales and solution consulting.

•

Strong understanding of networking technologies and enterprise IT infrastructure.

•

Customer requirement analysis and solution design.

•

Knowledge of industry trends, competitor offerings and regulatory requirements.

•

Cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management.

•

Business acumen, customer focus and commercial awareness.

•

Strong presentation, communication and problem-solving skills.

Cisco networking technologies and CCNA / CCNP certifications.

Qualification

•

BE / MCA.

•

CCNA / CCNP or equivalent vendor/OEM certifications preferred.

•

AWS / Azure certifications are an advantage.

•

Candidates from reputed educational institutions preferred.

Experience

810 years of relevant experience in the telecom industry, preferably in enterprise solutions, solution architecture, technical pre-sales or solution engineering.
