Job Description -Field Sales Executive/ Energy Advisor

Job Summary

We are looking for a target-driven Field Sales Executive / Energy Advisor to promote rooftop solar solutions, visit prospective customers, understand their requirements, and convert leads into sales. The candidate will handle customer meetings and site visits aligned by the inside sales team.

Key Responsibilities

· Visit customer sites as per appointments aligned by the inside sales team.

· Understand customer requirements and promote suitable rooftop solar solutions.

· Explain solar system benefits, pricing, return on investment, and financing options.

· Conduct preliminary site assessments and gather relevant customer and site information.

· Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.

· Follow up with prospective customers to convert leads into orders.

· Maintain customer relationships and generate referrals for new business.

· Update site visits, customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales progress in the CRM.

· Achieve monthly sales targets and revenue goals.

Required Skills & Qualifications

· Graduate in any discipline; a sales or marketing background is preferred.

· 3–7 years of experience in field sales, preferably in solar, renewable energy, banking, loans, insurance, or related industries.

· Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.

· Knowledge of rooftop solar solutions and financing options is an advantage.

· Willingness to travel for customer meetings and site visits.

· Must have a two-wheeler and a valid driving licence.

Compensation & Benefits

· Fixed salary of ₹25,000–₹40,000 per month, depending on experience.
