Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Solar Project Manager role based in Patiala. The Solar Project Manager oversees end-to-end execution of solar projects, including planning, scheduling, resource allocation, and coordination with internal teams, vendors, and clients. The role involves managing procurement and expediting of materials, supervising inspections and quality checks, and ensuring compliance with technical standards and safety regulations. The Solar Project Manager tracks project progress, manages risks, coordinates logistics, and prepares regular status reports to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to agreed specifications.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Expeditor and Expediting to manage timely procurement and delivery of project materials.
• Candidates should possess strong Project Management skills to oversee planning, execution, monitoring, and completion of solar projects.
• Candidates should possess skills in Inspection to supervise quality control and ensure compliance with standards and specifications.
• Candidates should possess skills in Logistics Management to coordinate transportation, warehousing, and site material handling.
• Relevant experience in solar or renewable energy projects, preferably in utility-scale or commercial installations.
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, engineering documents, and contractual requirements.
• Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work collaboratively on-site.
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, project management, or a related technical field; advanced certifications in project management (e.g., PMP or equivalent) are an advantage.
