Role & responsibilities Software Development Ensuring software meets user requirements and quality standards. Finding bugs and fixing them to ensure the software runs without errors Monitor the Software related parameters Attend customer calls & resolve software related issues Support service team for addressing Software related issues during quarterly PM Provide system operations & maintenance training to operators. Maintain IT assets (Server/Desktops/ Bar code readers/Printers etc.) Database Management of Server Take lead in improving system availability Snag list resolution Error log & Inventory dumps using WMS data Maintain & document records of error resolution & update line manager Preferred candidate profile Sound knowledge of Computer programming & Coding Software testing & debugging Knowledge of Oracle DB/ SQL server Knowledge of Kepware, Microsoft licenses etc. Basic Knowledge of operating systems Reading, analyzing, and interpreting technical procedures, FA documents, service manuals and work orders to resolve the issues
