Software Sales Executive

Role Description

The Software Sales Executive is a full-time, on-site role based in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar. This role involves identifying and qualifying leads, conducting software product demos, and delivering compelling sales presentations to prospective clients. The Software Sales Executive will engage in consultative selling, understand client requirements, propose suitable software solutions, and manage the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. Daily activities include maintaining a strong sales pipeline, collaborating with internal teams for proposals and pricing, following up with prospects, and meeting or exceeding established sales targets. The role also includes maintaining accurate CRM records and providing feedback to the product and marketing teams to improve offerings and messaging.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Software Sales and general Sales skills, with experience meeting revenue targets.
• Candidates should possess effective Sales Presentations and consultative selling skills to demonstrate value and address client needs.
• Candidates should possess solid Lead Generation skills, including prospecting, networking, and qualifying opportunities.
• Candidates should possess strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Candidates should possess basic understanding of software products, SaaS business models, and market trends.
• Relevant experience in B2B software sales or technology solutions is highly beneficial.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Sahibzada Ajit Singh Nagar and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
