About the role

Make software delivery predictable for clients and focused for the team. You will coordinate multiple engagements from approved scope through release and handover, maintaining a clear view of commitments, dependencies, risks, decisions and changes. Responsibilities: - Convert agreed scope into milestones, delivery plans and ownership. - Track progress, budget, dependencies, risks and decisions across projects. - Run focused client and team check-ins with clear actions and follow-ups. - Manage change requests by documenting impact on scope, cost and schedule. - Escalate risks early with options and a recommended response. - Coordinate testing, release readiness, handover documentation and support ownership. - Improve estimation and delivery practices using lessons from completed work. Success means fewer surprises, credible status reporting, controlled scope and a handover the client can operate.

Requirements

Must have: - 4+ years managing software or digital delivery projects. - Experience with agile or hybrid planning and tools such as Jira, Linear or Trello. - Strong client communication, facilitation and written reporting. - Practical understanding of estimation, budgets, risks and change control. - Enough software lifecycle knowledge to challenge assumptions and coordinate teams. Nice to have: - PMP, PRINCE2, Scrum or comparable certification. - Fixed-scope and ongoing-support engagement experience. - Agency, consultancy or multi-project delivery experience.
