Job Description

• Design, develop, and optimize database solutions using MySQL and AWS Redshift.
• Write and optimize advanced SQL using DDL, DML, Common Table Expressions (CTEs), analytical window functions, and complex set-based logic.
• Analyze execution plans and perform query performance tuning.
• Resolve concurrency issues, including deadlocks, and optimize database performance.
• Debug data anomalies and support healthcare risk modelling platforms.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
• Collaborate with US stakeholders to ensure high availability and seamless execution of the Risk & Analytics module.
• Act as a technical anchor for the team by establishing engineering best practices and mentoring mid-level engineers.
