Description

AlgoUniversity is hiring a Software Engineer to build full-stack and AI-driven products for its learning platform. The role is hands-on, in-person, and focused on shipping production software quickly with the CTO.

Location: Bengaluru, Karnataka, IN / Hyderabad

Experience

• 1+ years
• Fresh graduates to 4 years
• Fresh graduate or up to 2 years of software-development experience

Responsibilities

• Build AI agents and harnesses for software-development and learning agents
• Develop end-to-end products across frontend, backend, APIs, and infrastructure
• Create tools that use coding agents to improve how software is built and how students learn
• Build reliable production systems for a large and growing learner community
• Develop new product capabilities directly alongside the CTO
• Work directly with the CTO to launch the next version of the AI-agent harness
• Scale the harness and improve its reliability
• Expand what the harness can do alongside the CTO

Additional Responsibilities

• Support products for AlgoUniversity and Tensor School
• Work on products ranging from launching stage to 1M users
• Take problems from idea to working production software
• Learn quickly and work across different parts of the stack

Nice To Have

• Practical experience using coding agents such as Codex or Claude Code
• A deployed product, AI agent, open-source contribution, or serious side project
