We are expanding our engineering team and hiring across multiple roles and experience levels. Available Tracks & Roles Track 1: Full Stack Developer - Experience: 0 to <2 years (Intern / Fresher / Junior) - Key Focus: Web experiences, admin portals, and APIs across platforms that powers the next generation of tenant experience and operations across our assets. - Responsibilities: Build responsive web screens and dashboards; develop and consume REST APIs; work with relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL). - Requirements: HTML, CSS, JS/TS, modern frontend framework (React/Vue/Angular), basic Node.js/Python/Java, and at least one complete full-stack project. Track 2: Backend Developer (AWS Experience) - Experience: 0 to <2 years (Intern / Fresher / Junior) - Key Focus: APIs, workflows, and cloud-native services. - Responsibilities: Build REST APIs for ticketing, SLAs, permissions, and assets. Work with AWS services (IAM, Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, SQS/SNS) and CI/CD pipelines. - Requirements: Node.js (Express/NestJS), Python (FastAPI/Django), or Java (Spring Boot); strong REST API & SQL fundamentals; hands-on AWS project or lab experience. Track 3: Native Mobile App Developer - Experience: 0 to <2 years (Intern / Fresher / Junior) - Key Focus: Tenant experience and field operations apps on iOS and Android. - Responsibilities: Build native mobile screens; support QR scanning, camera capture, push notifications, local storage, and offline sync. - Requirements: Working knowledge of React Native OR a native stack (Swift/SwiftUI for iOS, Kotlin/Jetpack Compose for Android), understanding of mobile lifecycles, and at least one working mobile project How to Apply Skip the generic cover letter! Qualifications - Strong foundation in Computer Science concepts, including data structures, algorithms, and systems design. - Proficiency in Software Development and Programming, with experience in at least one modern programming language. - Hands-on experience in Back-End Web Development, including API design, database integration, and server-side frameworks. - Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles and best practices. - Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field, or equivalent practical experience. - Experience with full stack or mobile development (e.g., web frameworks, mobile SDKs, RESTful services) is highly beneficial. - Familiarity with version control systems, CI/CD pipelines, and basic cloud or deployment environments. - Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams, with clear communication and problem-solving skills. - Prior experience in real estate, infrastructure, or enterprise software domains is a plus but not required.
