About the Role Key Responsibilities Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications. Responsibilities Work on ITSM modules – Incident, Problem, Change, Request, and Service Catalog. Configure and maintain CMDB, CIs, and relationships. Develop Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes, UI Policies, and Workflows/Flow Designer. Develop and maintain REST/SOAP integrations. Troubleshoot and provide technical solutions. Qualifications 4 years of ServiceNow development experience Required Skills Strong hands-on experience in ITSM and CMDB Good knowledge of JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting Experience with ServiceNow workflows/Flow Designer Knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations Good communication and problem-solving skills Preferred Skills ServiceNow CSA/CAD/CIS certification.
