Position Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and collaborative Software Engineer to join our core development team. In this role, you will be a key Individual Contributor responsible for building high-quality, engaging features that delight our users. You aren't just a coder; you are a problem-solver who enjoys working in the thick of it alongside designers, product managers, and other engineers to turn complex ideas into seamless game experiences.

Requirements

What you will do• Take ownership of feature development from initial concept to final deployment, ensuring high performance and a polished user experience.

  • Partner daily with Game Designers, Artists, and Product Managers to define requirements and ensure technical feasibility.
  • Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code while participating in peer code reviews to maintain high engineering standards.
  • Proactively identify bottlenecks and bugs, implementing robust solutions to ensure a smooth and crash-free experience for our players.
  • Participate in sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives to help the team iterate faster and more effectively.
  • Mentor and train junior engineers, shaping their career progression and growth.

What we are looking for• 3+ years of professional experience in mobile application / game development.

  • Strong command on Flutter (Dart), and experience building rich applications or games with it.
  • Good understanding of the mobile ecosystem, including hands-on experience working with native Android (Kotlin/Java) and iOS (Swift/Objective-C) layers.
  • Proven experience with modern programming languages and a deep understanding of CS Concepts, Data Structures, Algorithms, and OOPS.
  • Ability to communicate technical concepts and know-hows to non-technical stakeholders clearly and concisely.
  • A track record of working effectively in agile, multi-disciplinary teams.
  • B.Tech/B.E in Computer Science or equivalent.

Nice to Have• Prior experience in the gaming industry, specifically working on casual or puzzle titles.

  • Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, and testing frameworks
  • Familiarity of live operations, and A/B experiments.
