We look for "Product Engineers" rather than just "Coders." For a hybrid, cross functional squad in the Cyber/API Security space, the profile needs to emphasize ownership and architectural empathy.

Expert Software Engineer (Cyber & API Security)

We are looking for a high-autonomy Senior Engineer to join our hybrid squad. You will be a core contributor to our API Security suite, moving seamlessly across the stack from frontend interfaces to complex backend data pipelines. In a distributed team spanning India, Israel, and Europe, you aren't just writing code; you are designing secure, scalable systems and communicating complex ideas across borders.

Core Technical Competencies-

• The ideal candidate is a "Generalist Specialist" expert in the backend, but fluent across the entire infrastructure.
• Language Mastery: Expert-level proficiency in Go and Python (specifically FastAPI but not only).
• Data & Cloud Infrastructure: Deep experience with AWS ecosystems
• Hands-on experience with Big Data processing using Spark and AWS Glue. Advantage)
• Strong grip on MongoDB.
• DevOps & Modern Tooling: Infrastructure as Code IaC) via Terraform.
• Container orchestration with Kubernetes K8s and ECS.
• CI/CD using GitHub Actions.
• AI Development: Early adopter of AI coding tools like Claude Code and Cursor to accelerate delivery and maintain code quality. Spec driven design

Desired Experience Profile-

• 8+ years of professional software development experience.
• A proven track record of building and maintaining systems that serve thousands of concurrent users or process millions of events per hour.
• The ability to identify and resolve bottlenecks across the stack whether itʼs an unoptimized DB query, a slow API response, or a saturated message queue.
• Cybersecurity Background: Previous experience in Cyber is a massive plus
• Cross-Continental Collaboration: Experience working for a global startup or a product-based company where the headquarters were in a different country.
• Full-Stack Fluency: Ability to jump into the frontend React when the squad needs to ship a complete end-to-end feature.
• Observability Mindset: You don't just "deploy and pray." You are proficient in using monitoring, logging, and tracing to proactively manage system health before a customer reports an issue.
