Software Engineer, Cloud Site Reliability (SRE)

• Maintain, and troubleshoot applications in a cloud-based environment
• Work extensively with Microsoft Azure and Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS)
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues with strong troubleshooting skills
• Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Maintain cloud-native applications and services
• Execution of CD pipelines for seamless deployment and integration
• Collaborate with development, DevOps, and security teams to enhance system efficiency
• Manage cloud environments (AWS, Azure)

• Work in Project designated shifts and on-call (Rotational) and incident response

• IIS: Website & app pool management, SSL bindings, deployment and rollback support
• AKS: Containerized deployments, pod/service troubleshooting
• Monitoring & Logs: Ability to analyze application, IIS, AKS, and Azure logs
• GitHub: Repo management, branch handling, deployment artifacts, CI/CD collaboration
