Training Period: 2-3 Weeks of Guided Onboarding

Work-Mode: Full-Time & Hybrid

Post-Programme: Full-Time role based on performance

Education: Engineering in CS or IT

Technical Skills

• Strong fundamentals in Data Structures and Algorithms (DSA)- arrays, linked lists, trees, graphs, sorting, searching, dynamic programming.
• Working knowledge of Java or Node.js or Python (recommended)- ability to write clean, logical code and understand object-oriented or asynchronous programming concepts.
• Basic understanding of SQL / NoSQL - writing queries, understanding schemas, joins, and CRUD operations

Nice To Have Skills

• Machine Learning
• Using AI – Prompts/Agentic AI
• Basic understanding of Data Analytics
• Git/Bitbucket or any VCS

What You’ll Do

• Undergo a structured 2–3 week training program covering FMS’s technology stack, internal tools, and engineering practices
• Work on assigned development tasks independently across backend services, APIs, data analytics or database components
• Collaborate with senior engineers on creating new components, analysing data, designing solutions, and bug fixing.
