Hiring: AI-Enabled Software Engineer | Pune | 5 to 8 Years | Python/Go + AI +AWS

Join a global multi-million-dollar technology company specializing in software products in the aviation domain, with a state-of-the-art technology center in Pune.

We’re looking for a strong Software Engineer who can leverage AI/LLMs across the software development lifecycle - from development and testing to deployment and production operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain production-grade applications using Python or Go
• Use AI/LLMs for coding, debugging, testing, documentation, and code reviews
• Integrate AI into CI/CD, DevOps, deployment, and engineering workflows
• Build AI-assisted solutions for log analysis, troubleshooting, RCA, and incident management
• Develop and integrate LLM-based solutions, AI agents, and automation

What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience in Python or Go
• Good understanding of APIs, microservices, databases & software architecture
• Hands-on experience with GenAI / LLMs and AI-assisted development
• Experience with AWS, GitLab CI/CD, Docker & Kubernetes
• Experience in production troubleshooting, monitoring & RCA
• Familiarity with tools such as GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, Cursor, or similar

Good to have: AI Agents, MCP, RAG, AWS Bedrock, OpenSearch, AIOps, LLM evaluation & guardrails.
