About the Role

We are looking for a Software Developer with strong hands-on experience in

Python and React.js to work directly with a client on live production systems.

This is a fast-paced development role involving product integrations, data pipelines and AI-driven workflows. Candidates should be comfortable working independently, handling changing requirements and delivering production-ready solutions.

Must-Have Skills

• Python – 6+ years hands-on experience, including production deployment
• JavaScript and React.js
• FastAPI – strong plus
• Relational/document/graph databases – PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Neo4j or similar
• Vector databases – Pinecone, Weaviate, pgvector or similar
• AI-assisted coding/development tools
• Git, branching, PRs and code reviews
• REST API design and consumption
• Ability to work independently in a fast-changing environment

Good-to-Have Skills

• Kubernetes / container orchestration
• AWS / Azure / GCP
• CI/CD pipelines
• Data pipelines – Airflow, dbt, Prefect or similar
• AI Agents / LLM APIs
• Unit and integration testing
• Agile / iterative development
• Previous experience working directly with clients

Candidate Profile

• The candidate should be comfortable with unclear requirements, rapid development cycles and direct client communication. This is not a maintenance or entry-level role; candidates are expected to work independently within a short period
