Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain full-stack applications using MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Build responsive, reusable UI components using React.js, JavaScript, ES6+, HTML, and CSS.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Design efficient server-side logic, database schemas, and data models with a focus on performance and scalability.
• Write clean, modular, secure, and well-documented code following development standards.
• Participate in code reviews, sprint planning, and Agile development activities.
• Collaborate with QA, UI/UX designers, and cross-functional teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Perform unit and integration testing, troubleshoot issues, and optimize application performance.
• Support CI/CD processes and cloud deployment activities.

Required Skills

• Strong hands-on experience with the MERN stack: MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, and Node.js.
• Proficiency in JavaScript, ES6+, HTML, and CSS.
• Good knowledge of React Hooks, Redux, and component-based architecture.
• Experience in REST APIs, GraphQL, and API integration.
• Familiarity with Git, GitHub/GitLab, and version control practices.
• Knowledge of testing frameworks such as Jest, Mocha, or Chai.
• Basic understanding of CI/CD, cloud deployment, and application security.
• Knowledge of Webpack, Babel, npm, or Yarn.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on government IT projects in India.
• Familiarity with government IT standards, security requirements, and compliance practices.
• Knowledge of microservices architecture and containerization technologies.
• Exposure to cloud platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
• Relevant certifications in MERN Stack development or cloud technologies.

Experience Requirements

Minimum 4 years of professional experience in full-stack development, with a strong focus on MERN Stack technologies.

Experience working in Agile development environments is preferred.
