The ideal candidate should have solid technical expertise in CMS development, custom plugin/module development, website optimization, security best practices, and database management. The candidate should be capable of handling complete Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) activities, including requirement analysis, development, testing, deployment, maintenance, and client communication. Key Responsibilities Develop, customize, and maintain web applications using Core PHP. Develop and maintain Drupal themes and modules. Design and develop custom WordPress themes and plugins. Customize and extend existing WordPress plugins and themes. Build responsive and user-friendly websites using Elementor and WPBakery. Optimize website performance, speed, and Core Web Vitals. Implement WordPress and Drupal security best practices. Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently. Write clean, scalable, reusable, and well-documented code. Create and optimize MySQL database structures and queries. Integrate third-party APIs, payment gateways, and external services. Collaborate with UI/UX designers, QA teams, and project managers. Perform code reviews and ensure coding standards are followed. Deploy and maintain applications on Linux/Ubuntu servers.
