Client is building the infrastructure for real estate underwriting at scale — turning property data into fast, defensible valuations and rehab estimates for brokers, lenders, and investors. A comp engine grounded in appraisal data, with AI agents that fit how the work already gets done. Own features end to end across the whole stack — the deterministic Python that does the math, the AI agents that read messy real-world data, and the frontend that turns it into a product.

Build deterministic Python services — data pipelines, valuation and underwriting logic — that are clean and well-tested.

Design and harness LLM/agent systems: orchestration, tool use, structured outputs, and the evals and guardrails that make AI output trustworthy.

Build the frontend (React/TypeScript) that wires it into a product people actually use. Take features from spec to shipped, with the tests and observability to prove they work. Strong Python, and the habit of writing clean, tested, maintainable code.

Hands-on experience building with LLMs or agentic systems — or a track record that says you''''ll pick it up fast.

Comfortable on the frontend (React/TypeScript or similar) you can ship a whole feature, not just a backend.

A few years shipping production software.
