Business Analyst (Doxis, German Language Specialist)

This contract role sits within the SG Global Solution Centre and covers day-to-day operational support for the Doxis platform, with German used in most of the communication.

Routine Tasks

Maintaining logs

Handling master data and document requirement communication in German

Managing special communication alerts and updating and developing Confluence pages in German

Taking part in daily team meetings in German

Organizing Outlook features, such as e-mail categorization and team information

Administering and maintaining the Jira board for DoxSD

Maintaining the Remedy board (MVT, HD) and communicating with customers and the hotline in German

User Management

Managing authorizations in Doxis, including new staff, new logins, temporary permissions, exit messages and Doxis categories

Communicating about invisible users, who then become visible in Cube Designer .
