Social Media Strategist

Role Description The Social Media Strategist is a full-time, on-site role based in Surat, responsible for shaping and executing social media presence across key platforms. The role includes planning and implementing social media strategies, creating and overseeing content calendars, and optimizing posts for reach, engagement, and brand consistency. Daily tasks involve collaborating with marketing and design teams, monitoring performance metrics, analyzing audience behavior, and adjusting campaigns based on data insights. The Social Media Strategist will also manage community engagement, handle online reputation, and support public relations initiatives to strengthen brand visibility and trust.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) skills to grow and engage audiences across platforms.
• Candidates should possess Content Strategy skills to plan, structure, and align social content with brand and campaign objectives.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Public Relations skills to manage brand voice, respond to audiences, and support reputation management.
• Experience with social media analytics tools, campaign performance tracking, and data-driven decision-making.
• Understanding of fashion, retail, or consumer brands, with the ability to translate trends into relevant social content.
• Ability to work on-site in Surat, collaborate cross-functionally, and manage multiple campaigns and deadlines.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
