Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Marketing Specialist role based in Lucknow. The specialist will manage social media channels, plan and execute campaigns, and create platform-specific content that aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives. Daily responsibilities include scheduling posts, monitoring engagement, responding to comments and messages, and analyzing performance metrics to optimize content and campaign strategies. The role also involves coordinating with the marketing and design teams, researching trends and competitors, and supporting broader digital marketing initiatives such as paid ads and email campaigns. The specialist is expected to bring new ideas, maintain consistent brand voice, and help grow audience reach and conversions across social platforms.

Qualifications

• Ability to plan and execute Social Media Marketing and Digital Marketing activities that support broader Marketing goals.
• Strong Social Media Content Creation skills, with the ability to tailor content for different platforms and audiences.
• Effective Communication skills for clear messaging, collaboration with internal teams, and engagement with online communities.
• Experience using social media management and analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Instagram Insights, LinkedIn, or similar).
• Understanding of basic SEO principles and paid social advertising is beneficial.
• Ability to work on-site in Lucknow, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing, Digital Media, Communications, or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in a social media or digital marketing role, ideally in an agency or multi-brand environment, is an advantage
