Social Media Marketing Manager

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Manager who can plan, develop, and manage engaging social media content for our clients.

The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of social media, excellent creative thinking, and the ability to turn business goals into practical content ideas and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop creative content ideas and social media strategies based on client goals and target audiences.
• Research trends, competitors, and relevant topics to identify new content opportunities.
• Create monthly/weekly content plans and content calendars.
• Develop concepts, hooks, captions, and creative briefs for social media content.
• Manage and review content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and other relevant platforms.
• Create professional social media graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Coordinate with video editors and other team members to turn content ideas into reels, videos, and other creative formats.
• Review published content and suggest improvements based on performance and audience response.
• Explore and use AI tools for content creation, creative development, and video production.
• Work on multiple clients while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

Requirements

• Good understanding of social media platforms and content trends.
• Strong creative thinking and ability to generate original content ideas.
• Good graphic design skills with Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools.
• Ability to research and understand different industries and target audiences.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned work.
• Experience with AI content creation or AI video tools is an advantage.
• Prior experience in social media management, content planning, or digital marketing is preferred, but candidates with strong skills and practical knowledge are welcome.
