Social Media Manager (Full-Time)

We are looking for a creative and execution-focused Social Media Manager to handle our agency and client social media accounts. This role is for someone who understands content, reels, trends, and knows how to grow pages strategically, not just post regularly.

Location: Chalakudy (On-site)

Key Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram, Facebook and other social media platforms for multiple brands
• Plan and execute monthly content calendars
• Create posts, captions, and reels aligned with trends and performance goals
• Shoot and edit basic videos and reels
• Coordinate with designers and performance marketing team
• Track engagement, growth, and prepare reports
• Handle DMs, comments, and community management
• Stay updated with platform trends and implement quickly

Requirements

• 1-2 years experience in social media management
• Strong content creation and storytelling skills
• Basic video editing skills (CapCut, InShot, Premiere or similar tools)
• Confident communication skills in English and Malayalam
• Good time management and ability to meet deadlines
• Understanding of reels and short-form content performance
• Knowledge of ads is a plus
• Should know malayalam

• Agency or brand experience
• Proven growth or high-performing reels
• Basic design skills (Canva or Photoshop)
