Nekofi is India's first light-roasted Ethiopian specialty instant coffee — and the most kawaii coffee lifestyle brand you'll find in this country. We're small, hands-on, and building fast.

We're looking for a Social Media Intern to help us show up online the way we show up in person — sharp, warm, a little bit reckless, never templated.

What you'll actually do

• Own the day-to-day content calendar for Instagram, and YouTube and LinkedIn.
• Shoot, edit, and post Reels and short-form videos of our events etc, Phone-first is fine — polish matters more than gear.
• Write captions that sound like Nekofi, not like every other D2C coffee brand.
• Run community — reply to DMs and comments, track #NekofiCreator posts, spot the good ones, bring them into the loop.
• Help brief and coordinate with photographers, illustrators, and creator collaborations.
• Watch what's working (and what isn't) weekly. Bring numbers to the Monday review, not vibes.

What we're looking for

• You use Instagram and YouTube like breathing. You can name three creators shaping food/beverage content in India right now and tell us why they're good.
• You can shoot and edit a Reel end-to-end on your phone.
• You can write. Short sentences. Clean grammar. A point of view.
• Taste — visual, verbal, cultural. You can tell the difference between kawaii and cutesy, between specialty and gatekeeping.
• Bonus: you drink coffee, you follow the specialty scene, or you've run socials for a small brand or society before.

Time commitment: ~20–25 hours/week, hybrid. Session days and shoot days are on-site events; the rest is flexible.
