About the Role

We are looking for a creative and results-driven Social Media Manager to manage and strengthen our digital presence. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and executing social media strategies, creating engaging content, managing digital campaigns, and ensuring consistent communication across all online platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement social media strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
• Manage social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other relevant channels.
• Plan and manage content calendars, campaigns, posts, stories, reels, and other digital content.
• Create and coordinate engaging, informative, and platform-appropriate content.
• Manage SEO activities, Google Ads, paid campaigns, and other digital marketing initiatives.
• Monitor social media trends, audience engagement, and campaign performance.
• Prepare performance reports and provide insights to improve digital reach and engagement.
• Manage the organization’s website through WordPress, including basic content updates and maintenance.
• Maintain consistency in branding, tone, and communication across all digital platforms.
• Coordinate with internal teams for content requirements, campaigns, events, and announcements.

Qualification & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, or a relevant field.
• 1-2 years of relevant experience in Social Media Management and Digital Marketing.
• Strong knowledge of SEO, Google Ads, paid campaigns, and digital marketing strategies.
• Hands-on experience managing Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and other social media platforms.
• Experience in WordPress website management and basic website content updates.
• Strong content writing, communication, creative, and analytical skills.
