Social Media Manager – Private Label Brands

We are looking for a sharp, growth-driven Social Media Manager to own the end-to-end Instagram strategy for our rapidly expanding portfolio of in-house watch and lifestyle brands at Just In Time (JIT). If you know how to build distinct brand identities, craft viral short-form content, and turn followers into loyal customers, we want to hear from you. 📍 Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai 🏢 Industry: Retail (Watches & Lifestyle) 💼 Experience: 3–6 Years Key Responsibilities:

• Private Label Brand Strategy: Develop and execute Instagram-first roadmaps that establish strong market identities and drive sales for our in-house brands.
• Content Creation & Grid Aesthetic: Conceptualize, shoot, and curate high-converting Reels, UGC, and visual assets tailored to modern lifestyle aesthetics.
• Platform Growth & Engagement: Oversee day-to-day Instagram management, community building, campaign execution, and organic reach optimization.
• Performance & Analytics: Monitor key growth metrics (engagement rate, CTR, conversions) and leverage data to maximize campaign performance.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner directly with Category Managers and internal marketing teams to map product launches and inventory pushes to social campaigns. What We’re Looking For: A marketer with 3–6 years of experience and a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer or private label lifestyle/fashion brands on Instagram.
