About the Role

We're looking for a creative and strategic Social Media Manager to build the personal brands of our founders and grow Touchwood Team's social media presence.

We need someone who understands storytelling, creates engaging content and knows how to turn ideas into impactful social media strategies.

Key Responsibilities

• Build and manage the founders' personal brands on LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Create engaging content, thought-leadership posts, reels and scripts.
• Manage the company's social media strategy, content calendars and publishing.
• Collaborate with designers and editors to execute creative ideas.
• Identify trends, develop content concepts and drive organic growth.
• Track performance and optimise content strategies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in social media management or personal branding.
• Strong copywriting, storytelling and content strategy skills.
• Excellent understanding of LinkedIn and Instagram.
• Experience with founder-led content or personal branding is a plus.
• Creative, proactive and comfortable taking ownership of projects.
