Social Media Manager

We are looking for a Social Media Manager that can help us improve our brand and establish strong online communities through our various social media channels

The Social Media Manager will be responsible of creating and managing social media content that is intended to engage users and create an interactive relationship between consumers and the company

In addition, the selected candidate will be required to collect and analyse social media data in order to build more effective campaigns.

Job Responsibilities

• Analyze client expectations based on previous social media activity
• Create social media campaigns
• Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and key results indicators (KRAs) for social media campaigns
• Update social media content across all channels
• Engage with customers and followers
• Use social media marketing tools such as Buffer and Hootsuite (mention any social media marketing tool that you are currently using or plan to use)
• Monitor campaigns and analyses data obtained
• Keep track of SEO and online traffic stats.
• Develop relationships with social media influencers to build a strong network
• Develop content or get it done by content developers
• Keep an eye on the latest social media trends.
• Effectively communicate with all stakeholders, especially senior management and content developers

Required Skills

• Experience as a social media manager or in a comparable position (be specific, and include the number of years of experience)
• Expertise in developing social media campaigns
• Understanding of social media best practises for sites like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Create quality content
• Organized and capable of multitasking

Qualifications

• Any graduate having knowledge of above mentioned skills.
• 2-3 Years Experienced.
