Role Description: The Social Media Manager will be responsible for managing Neelachandra Constructions’ presence across social media platforms, with a focus on brand awareness and lead generation. Day-to-day tasks include planning and executing social media campaigns, creating posts and captions, coordinating visual content with design teams, and maintaining a consistent brand voice. The role involves monitoring trends, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing content based on engagement and audience insights. The Social Media Manager will also respond to comments and inquiries, support digital promotions, and collaborate with internal stakeholders to showcase projects and company updates. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to plan campaigns and improve reach and engagement.
• Candidates should possess strong Communication and Writing skills to create clear, engaging, and brand-aligned content.
• Candidates should possess skills in Content Strategy to plan calendars, align content with business goals, and adapt messaging to different platforms.
• Experience managing social media accounts for brands in construction, real estate, or interiors is an advantage.
• Ability to analyze social media metrics, use relevant tools, and adjust strategies based on performance data.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work on-site in Bengaluru with cross-functional teams.
