We are looking for a high-impact Social Media Manager to own our brand presence and growth on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube, with a robust bias toward measurable audience and brand impact that supports overall business objectives. Role Objective Build and scale UAVGarage’s social media presence as a core brand and growth channel on LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of scaling brands on these platforms—preferably in ecommerce, D2C, or tech/SaaS/drone/geospatial domains. Key ResponsibilitiesStrategy & Planning Own the social media strategy for LinkedIn, Instagram, and YouTube aligned with overall business goals (brand authority, community, product discovery, hiring, partnerships). Define platform-specific roles: LinkedIn: B2B authority, industry thought leadership, partner/reseller visibility, employer branding. Instagram: Brand love, community, product discovery, reels-driven reach, creator collaborations. YouTube: Product education, demos, tutorials, customer stories, SEO-driven evergreen content. Build quarterly content calendars, campaign plans, and launch roadmaps tied to product launches, offers, events, and hiring drives. Content Creation & Execution Conceptualize and execute high-performing content formats: LinkedIn: thought-leadership posts, carousels, case studies, product/industry insights, polls, articles, employee stories. Instagram: reels, stories, carousels, UGC, behind-the-scenes, product highlights, offers, influencer/creator collabs. YouTube: long-form explainers, unboxings, how-tos, customer use cases, shorts, live sessions/webinar
