Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Social Media Manager role based in Jamshedpur.

The Social Media

Manager will plan, create, and publish content across social media platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and alignment with marketing objectives. This role involves managing social media calendars, optimizing posts for reach and engagement, and monitoring analytics to refine strategy and improve performance.

Manager will collaborate with creative and marketing teams on campaigns, engage with online communities, respond to comments and messages, and coordinate with influencers and partners when needed. The position also includes staying updated on platform trends, competitor activity, and best practices to support brand growth.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO), with experience managing multiple platforms.
• Ability to develop and execute effective Content Strategy tailored to different audiences and channels.
• Excellent Communication and Writing skills for clear, engaging, and brand-aligned messaging.
• Familiarity with social media analytics tools and basic understanding of SEO principles as they relate to social content.
• Experience coordinating with design, marketing, and events teams; prior work in advertising or branding is an advantage.
• Ability to work on-site in Jamshedpur, manage deadlines, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
