\nYou will own Madify's social media presence and support content creation for client brands. This is both a strategic and hands-on role;

you will plan content, write captions, shoot reels, manage posting schedules, and track performance across Instagram and LinkedIn.

\ NThis role is open to freshers and experienced candidates both. If you have some experience and a strong portfolio, we want to hear from you.

\ NWho We're Looking For

\nIf you're a fresher: You've built something on your own: a personal page, a college project, a brand account and you understand what makes content actually perform, not just look good. You're ready to bring that instinct into a professional setting.

\ NIf you're experienced: You've managed social media for a brand or agency, you know the difference between content that gets saved and content that gets scrolled past, and you want to work somewhere your ideas actually get used.

\ NWhat You'll Own

\nMadify's Social Media

\ N\n • Plan and execute Madify's content calendar across Instagram and LinkedIn

\ N • Write captions and scripts that sound human, not corporate

\ N • Shoot and edit reels, carousels, and static posts

\ N • Engage with the community: comments, DMs, and brand interactions

\ N • Track performance and iterate based on what's working

\ N\nClient Content Support

\ N\n • Assist in creating content briefs for creator campaigns

\ N • Support clients with content strategy and platform-specific recommendations

\ N • Stay on top of trends and bring fresh ideas into client conversations

\ N\nWhat You Bring

\n\ N • Some experience managing social media for a brand, agency, or your own page

\ N • Strong eye for aesthetics: you know what looks good and what doesn't

\ N • Comfortable shooting and editing short-form video on your phone or with basic tools

\ N • Good writer: your captions don't sound like they were written by a bot

\ N • Familiar with Instagramand LinkedIn as platforms professionally, not just personally

\ N • Basic knowledge of analytics: reach, engagement, saves, and what they mean
